Nursery ~

You now have the chance to shop where the professionals do.

Starting in Spring 2003 we opened our nursery to the public for the first time in over 25 years. We now offer the same great selection and quality that our wholesale customers have been enjoying since we opened the nursery in 1980.

For customers convenience the outlet is open 7 DAYS A WEEK. Not just once or twice a year for inventory reduction sales, but all season long (March through November). And unlike "wholesale centers", there is no membership fees or I.D. card needed to shop at our nursery. Also, for customers convenience we offer gift certificates for gift giving. Available for any amount, all year long January through December.

First Time Shoppers ~

1. Sign In - Please check in at our outlet sales center before shopping. We have maps, catalogs, and plant lists to make your shopping easier.

2. Sales Help - Our sales staff is available to answer questions regarding availability, care, culture, and habit of species. Also to help you you locate plants and to make your shopping easier. Landscape Design advice for the do it yourselfer is offered occasionally as a special promotion. Please check our schedule of events.

3. Shopping - Is completely self serve. Please sign in when you arrive to receive an order form. We make it easy with maps, catalogs and large easy to pull wagons.

4. Sold Plants - When shopping at our wholesale nursery please keep in mind that Earthscapes is an actual growing facility. Aside from being open to the public we grow, sell and ship plants all across the country. Shopping at our nursery is not like shopping retail, not everything you'll see is ready for sale (i.e. plants grown on contract are already sold). To make your shopping easier look for these plants marked w/purple flags, sold signs, sold tags or an entire group of plants roped off w/ribbon.

5. Attire - We recommend you wear gardening attire (i.e. boots, jeans)

6. Terms - Cash and Carry - All sales must be paid for on date of purchase. No hold on plant material will be given (however for customers convenience, sold plant material can be held for scheduled delivery or pick up at a later date). Payment is accepted by cash or check, we also accept all major credit cards, including American Express and Discover. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchange.

7. Pricing - Catalogs at our nursery are updated weekly. These weekly updated catalogs pre-empt all previous lists including posted prices on our web sites. Prices are subject to change. Prices at time of sale will prevail. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchange.

8. Warranty - Our policy for public sales at the nursery is the same policy established for our true wholesale customer. At the time of sale, Earthscapes, Inc. warrants that all plant material sold is in good healthy condition, and to be true to name. However, we do not warrant the plants to grow, nor do we warrant specific results. Once purchased plant material has left our nursery, there are too many causes for failure which are beyond our control, such as improper planting, poor soil, bad weather conditions, acts of god, general lack of care and attention.

Earthscapes, Inc. landscape design/build department does warrant all plant material (for one full year) professionally installed by our landscape crew.
